New York: Hanover House, 1957. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 343 pages, with index, green cloth boards, stamped in gilt on spine. Corners slightly bumped and bottom of spine very slightly frayed. DJ spotted with medium sized chip at bottom front corner, small chips at other corners, top and bottom of spine. Shelf rubbed with small tears that were repaired on the verso. DJ is covered with clear mylar (Brodart) protector. 8vo.
