Book description: np, , 1936. VG. 60 minute long movie starring Lois January, Noel Madison & Sheila Manners. Campy "youth goes bad" film. Small town girl who works in diner & loves her old Mom is given "headache powder" by smooth talking dope peddler running from the cops. All of a sudden she is happy, giggly, & in love with him & moves to the city & becomes his addicted moll. She is told by another girl there that it wasn't headache powder at all. Her upstanding brother who feels too tired to go on a date also is given "nose candy", gets energy, but later becomes addicted & moody. The nice girl who gave it to him becomes pregnant from their date together & commits suicide by leaving the gas on. All the cliches are used in this cult film. Black & white. Copied SP on good tape. Much harder to get than "Reefer Madness.
