Books are as accurately described as possibly but questions via email are always encouraged and welcomed. As we specialize in used books they may come with past "vices" such as being from a pet or smoking environment- no wish to mislead or disappoint. Books will normally be shipped within 48 hours. Substantial savings and discounts with multiple orders. Shipping in the United States will be via USPS media mail unless instructed otherwise by buyer. Delivery confirmation is included at no charge to the buyer. International orders will be shipped according to USPS requirements. Insurance is always recommended but optional to the buyer. Refunds will be made if the book is substantially different than the description as regardless of all efforts to be accurate and critical on our part the quality of a book is still a subjective matter particularly when it comes to rare, vintage, and children's books which cannot be held up to the same criteria as new books. Any refund request must be made within five days of receipt as confirmed by delivery confirmation. We rarely list a book as more than "Very Good" in an effort to be very cautious in causing any disappointment to a customer. We have photos loaded of almost every book (we missed the first 500 and will need to get those on at some point) and encourage those interested to look closely at the photo as we do not use stock photos. This will help to evaluate the quality of the books we offer. We strive to please and hope to have our customers return due to their being pleased with the book they receive. Books are shipped either boxed or in a padded envelope with the exception of Priority/Global Priority envelopes. We are a legitimate bookstore, licensed with the State of Florida. Therefore, Florida buyers will need to pay a 7% sales tax.
