Book summary

In an effort to find out exactly what killed the dinosaurs, two archaeologists, using newly created time-travel technology, venture back hundreds of millions of years in time only to find that the answer to their question is not a simple as they had thought. Once there, they discover evidence of alien technology in an era when, for some reason, gravity exerts half the force that it does in their own time.
