Book desription: London: Faber & Faber, 1950. 168pp + [iv] (Appendix, the tune of "One-eyed Riley", and the cast of the first production at the Edinburgh Festival, 1949 including Alec Guinness and Donald Houston). Bumping & chipping to edge, two clean tears and small stain to spine of dj. The binding section (signature B) containing the corrected p. 29 is partially uncut. It suggests the whole of this section was reprinted after the misprint had been noticed and the new section replaced in the bindery. Uncommon in this uncut state.. Second Impression April 1950.
