He also served as a pilot for the US Army from 1917 to 1919.). There is also a tipped-in and signed letter from the author, on his personal stationery, mounted on the dedication page, to Guy Kelcey. And, a clipped newspaper article announcing the marriage of the author. Condition- The front cover is stained by some past glueing affair. The the usual bumped corners are present. Spine is sun-faded, but unworn. Pages, other than the tipped-in materials as noted, are very clean and firmly bound.. Signed by Author. Stated First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Photographs & Drawings. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. |
