New York: Berkley, 2001. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. Signed on a limited edition bound in sheet, number 389 of 500. Top and tail of spine have a light roll. Some shelf wear to tail edge of boards. On the inside of the back board on the top edge, where the paste down page is glued, looks like there was excess glue left over, on a one inch length from the binding process, and it has become lightly soiled. DJ has the publishers "signed copy" sticker on the front, the dj has light sun darkening to spine, and light shelf wer to edges (mainly to the spine area). DJ in a mylar cover.
