The print is delightfully large (no eyestrain here!) and is a reprint from the original published 1937 by the Kennedy Brothers. This book is filled with color, half-tone, and black & white photographs and illustrations. The pages are edged in gilt, and the binding is a deep blue. It appears to be leather. There is a Great Blue Marlin being caught on the front cover. 298 pages, including an index. The introduction was written by Ernest Hemingway. This is a beautfiul book and would make a wonderful gift! Heavy, oversized book. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
