Customers located in Minnesota will be charged 6.5% state sales tax, plus city or county sales tax where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Book Rate shipping within the United States is $4.35 for the first volume, $1.45 for each additional volume. We will ship via Priority Mail for $11.40 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship as many volumes as will fit in a Priority Mail International flat rate box for $28.35 to Canada or Mexico, or $45.20 elsewhere.
