Munchen, Germany: Wilhelm Fink Verlag, 1970 ix, 332 pp. + pp. 66-103. Texts in Russian with a new introduction by the author in German. This book contains facsimile reprints of two very important texts by Zhirmunskii: 1) "Bairon i Pushkin: Iz istorii romanticheskoi poemy," a monograph published by "Academia" (originally issued as no. 1 of "Trudy Instituta sravnitelnoi istorii iazykhov i literatur Zapada i Vostoka"; Leningrad, 1927). 2) "Pushkin i zapadnye literatury," an article published in Issue 3 of the Russian periodical "Pushkin; vremennik Pushkinskoi komissii" (Leningrad, 1937). CONDITION: Minor, tiny superficial stains to top edge of book block. Minor, very lightly pencilled marginalia in second text only. Cloth boards in near perfect condition with pasted paper label on spine (as published).. Reprint. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket (as issued). 16 x 22 cm.
