Book desription: Seoul, Korea: T'oegyehak Yon'guwon, 1986 Set of 3 volumes (Part I, Volumes 1-3) containing scholarly articles devoted to the thought of the important Korean philosopher, Hwang Yi [also known as T'oegye], who lived 1501-1570 CE. Texts primarily in Korean mixed with Chinese characters (one article in English). These three volumes reprint the first 12 issues (1973-1976) of the periodical of the same name which began publication in October 1973. Each volume has approximately 600 pages.
