London: Heinemann, 1921.. Small quarto. Plum cloth, stamped in gilt, t.e.g. Color frontis and 51 monochrome plates. Head and toe of spine quite faded, but a very good copy in dust jacket missing large pieces at head and toe of spine panel, and with other small tears. First edition, limited issue. One of 275 numbered copies, specially printed and bound and signed by the author.
