Marbled endpapers, owner's plate ( James Phelan (1871-1934) who worked on the committee), inscribed by author commending Mr. Phelan for his dilligence & endearment to his associates. High quality coated paper stock, vintage WWI poster art frontispiece; Soldier & children working together, profusely illustrated w/photos, charts, etc., appendices, 600 Clean, crisp & solid pp. .
