Munchen: Braun & Schneider, 1880 Folio in original light green with black and gilt lettering and decoration. Joints splitting and spine has been repaired. Hinges and book very solid. Spine frayed with material loss. Ex-library indicia included accession numbers in black ink on spine, library plate on front pastedown, embossed seal at top of title page and card pocket on rear flypaper. 2 of the 250 pages of plates, pgs. 66 and 67 are missing thus the plates are remarkably complete. Plate pagination in pencil at bottom right of pages.. First Edition. Cloth. Fair/No Jacket. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Ex-Library.
