Book description: New York: The MacMillan Company, 1939. Edge of block of pages has foxing and a few pages near the beginning and end have foxing in the margins. First three pages have light but larger tan spots. Previous owner had written some notes in pencil on second fly leaf and pasted a small paper with name and address. Third fly leaf shows a faint water stain in left bottom corner; this doesn't cause waviness nor is visble on next page. Page 233 was torn half way up, but has been glue back (edge of a picture on one side, half of national map on other). Very slight cock in spine. Slight wrinkling at top of spine and very light wear at corners. Bottom of spine shows a very faint liquid stain. Otherwise, book is clean and nice.. Hard Cover. Very Good -/No Jacket. 10 1/2 Inches Tall.
