INSCRIBED BY JOHN ALDEN ON HALF-TITLE PAGE. Frontispiece is reproduction of monograph poem by Marc Lescarbot, 1618. Reproduces three poems. , two from the seventeenth century in French on the subject of Champlain's explorations and one from the eighteenth century in English entitled Annapolis Royal. Interior - previous owners bookplate on inside of front cover, otherwise clean and t. i g h t with no previous ownership marks. Exterior - tiny crease at bottom corner of rear cover, slight crease at top of spine/rear cover. VG.
