Other acceptable forms of payment include: Paypal, MoneyGram, Western Union, Bank wire transfer, Money Order, Bank check denominated in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U. S. bank, etc. -- NOTE ON CONDITION: Any special requirements as to condition or particular edition must be settled in advance of placing your order, in writing. Once item ships, no adjustments or returns are possible unless item is materially not as described. Once an order is placed the customer's credit card gets charged. The Bookseller's ordinary pricing for items supplied in .pdf version PRINT-ON-DEMAND format is $19.95 set-up fee plus $5.00 per page (minimum $24.95). When delivery of a PRINT-ON-DEMAND edition in .pdf format is substituted at the option of the Bookseller, however, the charge for this custom-scanned rapid-delivery electronic mail service will not exceed the charge the Customer has paid for ordinary shipping of the order via the postal service (snail mail).
