DescriptionNew York: The Viking Press, 1962 Jacket has wear to all extremeties, small chips at head and tail of spine, bottom front corner. price clipped. Jacket is now protected by brodart. Bright green cloth with yellow embossed title on spine. Cloth is clean with some slight fading to edges. Some foxing to jacket flaps and endpapers. Inscribed by Kesey on ffep. This is a later signature in heavy blue marker: "For Phil at Phify(fifty) Ken Kesey." He also placed a multi-colored stamp of a totem pole, very similar to the totem on the cover of Sailor Song. There is some foxing to page edges. Interior is clean. Contains original 'Red Cross Woman' character replaced after third printing because of a lawsuit. Jacket blurb is by Mark Schorer. 311p..
