This issue contains two proclamations by Allured Clark, the lieutentant- governor, acting in the absence of Lord Dorchester. The first is an ordinance for cases appealed to the Executive council, while the second relates to the law courts. The remainder of the issue is taken up with news items and advertisements. Copies are noted by Tremaine in an appendix.
