Books are held for five working days only. Books are returnable at any time for agreed cause; however, any item found to be other than described, or any damaged item must be notified to us in writing upon receipt; any missing items must be notified to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Payment by Visa and Mastercard, Money Order (CDN$) or Cheques (CDN$, US$ and GBP, subject to clearance delays). Paypal, Discover and American Express may be transacted through Biblio. Institutions, customers and libraries known to us can be invoiced. We ship at actual cost (normally Canada Post, normally Airmail for international, normally \\\"signature required\\\" for orders over $100; insurance extra if required; surface, courier and special arrangements on request; normal packing free-of-charge, special packaging at cost). Postage prices given are for guidance purposes and may vary according to postal (zip) code when the parcel is submitted to Canada Post, particularly for prices within Canada. Canadian residents may be assessed GST (gross sales tax) on the total of book(s) and shipping costs, as required by Canadian Law.
