This copy signed by Stewart to Clark Prescott Bissett on the front endpaper: "C P Bissett Esq/ Compliments of/Judd Stewart/ Apr 28/11. Bissett's fireplace bookplate is present on the front pastedown. Presented to the State College of Washington by Mrs. A. W. Witherspoon as part of the Witherspoon/Bissett Collection with a tipped-in bookplate to the front pastedown identifying this title as a volume in the Lincoln Collection, and overstamped "Withdrawn".
