We're proud of our customer satisfaction history. Should an item not be what you expected (e.g. you disagree with our assessment of a book's condition), contact us and we will refund your purchase price as soon as the item is returned, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was shipped.

We cannot issue refunds for items which buyers claim never arrived or arrived damaged (nor, of course, for items damaged while in their custody). Within the Unites States, all items are shipped Media or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, which should alleviate buyer concerns about lost shipments. Delivery confirmation is not available for many international destinations.

If a buyer has concerns about damaged shipments, we advise them to purchase insurance for their purchases, and we will happily quote the cost of insuring the item(s). If accepted, the insurance would be added to the cost of the book, allowing us to issue a refund to the buyer and recover the cost of the damaged book.
