Once an order is finalized, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We do not merit any order cancellation after order confirmation email was sent.

No refunds for returned/undeliverable mail.

To request return approval and to insure proper credit to your account, send an email including your order number explaining the reason for your return (please allow at least 24 hours to answer your email). Damaged materials should be reported within 14 days of receipt and the returned merchandise should still be postmarked within 30 days of shipment. There will be a 25 % restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.

We will gladly accept a return on any order where we have made an error in filling the order, and will make sure that your refund is processed fast. No restocking fee will be charged if the item is damaged or if the item received is not the originally ordered material.
