Lacks title and last leaf, but the size, pagination, and signings are consistent with the edition published Lugduni Batavorum: Ex Officina Plantiniana apud Franciscum Raphelengium, 1596. 16mo. Vellum, lightly soiled. Upper margin narrow, but ample. Tear within text of pp65-66, occasional marginal tears, ink stains pp66-67, 146-147, 318-319, some old ink underlining/notes. Worming to pp65-90 not affecting text. Tear and slight loss within text of last four pages.
