The printed date on the booklet is April 13, 1964, which precedes by some months the Gemini GT-3 through GT-7 flights. Stapled to the title page are two documents. The first is from William C. Schneider, Deputy Director of the Gemini Program, and is dated May 12, 1964. The letter notes that this is a preliminary plan and solicits recommended changes, comments, or corrections.
