1. SHIPPING CHARGES: I charge the actual cost of mailing books, or you can use my standard rates. Typical alternatives are domestic bookrate (1-3 weeks), Domestic Priority (2-5 days), International Surface (1-3 months), Global Priority (about 1 week). Heavy books incur higher mailing costs. (The $9 fast international shipment is available only to countries that accept the global priority envelope, for books that fit into the envelope.) 2. PAYMENT: Make checks payable to 'Charles Berry.' Send a postal money order to avoid check-clearing delays. I accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL for purchases within the US, and selectively for international orders. 3. I will hold a book for 10 days. 4. RETURN POLICY: Books may be returned for any reason within 10 days. You pay for shipping both ways, unless the book is not as described. The book must be returned in the same condition as you received it. 5. SALES TAX: California residents please add 7% sales tax. California book dealers please include your resale number. 6. Books are offered subject to prior sale. 7. Prices are net to all. 8. CONDITION: It is my duty to describe a book's condition accurately. This is usually done in general terms (poor, fair, good, very good, fine/new). I gladly will provide more detailed information. 9. RECEIPT: Once a book is shipped, I email a 'Sales Receipt and Shipping Confirmation.' 10. Bounced checks incur an additional $10 charge.
