TERMS OF SALE For payment methods, we, Encore Books & Records, accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, check or money order. Other methods, including American Express and other credit cards, will be processed by Biblio.com. Any purchased item received by the buyer that has been damaged during transfer may be returned to Encore Books & Records for a refund of the purchase price and the shipping price of the item. Refunding the shipping price will be done by Canada Post, not Encore Books & Records, and may require more time than the refund of the purchase price. Any purchased item received by the buyer that is unwanted, because it is a different title than what was expected, or because the description of the item is inaccurate, may be returned to Encore Books & Records for a refund of the purchase price of the item. In this case, the buyer is expected to pay the cost of shipping the item, both from Encore Books & Records to the buyer, and from the buyer to Encore Books & Records. These shipping costs are an approximation only, based on the cost of shipping an average paperback to a single location within each listed country.
