Customer emails me with book request. I confirm availability, price and postage. If customer wishes to go ahead, he sends his/her credit card number. This can be done by entering it on the web site, email or telephone. If necessary I will telephone the customer. Alternatively cheque/international money order by post. Books will then be sent by surface (Europe only), airlifted - i.e. standard (10 - 21 days), or airmail (NB delivery aim 5 - 7 days), at customers request ASAP - usually within 2 days. I will accept $ and Euro payments via Paypoal. U.K. Customers will be billed in £ Payments accepted by UK £ Cheque MC/VISA (no fee)& PayPal in £ $ & Euros - cash by registered mail. NB All credit card transaction will be converted to UK £ at current exchange rates. For countries not listed on postal fees, please email me. Returns. Books may be returned if they are not as described in the listing. This means that you can return the book if the title/isbn is not as described in the listing.
