If you have any questions about a book, just call us, toll free in the US, at 1-888-317-7300 or send an e-mail to books@aparkers.com. We usually ship within 2 business days via USPS in the US at a cost of $5.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional. Charges for International orders, oversized books, large sets, and alternate shipping methods vary and will be quoted upon confirmation of an order. Books purchased through us directly using credit cards will be shipped to an easily verified billing address only. Shipment to an alternate address requires payment by check or money order. We accept returns within ten days of receipt with prior notification, but offer a refund of shipping charges only if the item was incorrectly described.
