Bob's Books of Oxford - Terms of sale PAYMENTS: We accept credit card payments through Paypal (robertgyorks@hotmail.com) or through biblio.com. We accept U.S. Postal money orders and personal checks, (drawn on a US bank) by mail, but personal checks take 5-7 days to clear. Books will be shipped immediately upon clearance of payment. All orders are subject to prior sales. We update our inventory every night, when possible. SHIPPING: Standard S&H (media rate) for most books is $3.00. Shipping for large or heavy books may cost more, and we will advise you at the time of your order. Reduced rates apply for shipments of more than one book. International shipping is available on a select basis, please inquire by email prior to ordering. We have shipped to Australia, Canada, England, Repub. of Korea, India, Mexico, and The Netherlands. INSURANCE: We cannot accept responsibility either for goods not delivered or for goods damaged during transit, unless insurance is requested and paid. International Economy Surface Letter Post and Global priority are uninsurable, and shipment is at the buyer's risk. Having said the above: we should add that we haven't had a book lost or damaged, yet. We package very carefully. RETURNS: In order to return a book, we must be notified within 7 days of its receipt. Books may be returned for any reason, but must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Shipping charges are generally not refundable except in cases of dealer error. We keep photographs of all of our shipped books. If we do not have a photo of a book posted on-line, of a book of interest, you can email us for a photo by return email.
