Please quote our inventory number when ordering. Sales Tax of 6% will be added to orders shipped to New Jersey. Postage and handling, unless otherwise noted: hardcover - $3.49 first book (Media Mail/Book Rate), $1.00 for each additional.Additional charges may apply to oversize and/or overweight books and foreign orders.
