If there is an error on our part, ie. the description does not match book, We can resolve it one of two ways. We can issue buyer a partial refund for 25% of the cost, or we will issue you a full refund if you send us the book back via media mail and INCLUDE A LETTER STATING THE ORDER NUMBER, YOUR SCREEN NAME, AND THE DATE OF PURCHASE. We must have this information in order to process a refund and we cannot refund any item shipped back by any other method other than media mail. We will issue you the refund as soon as the book arrives back.
