Shipping: No local pickup! Immediate payment required. We ship within 48 hrs (usually 24). Standard is Media Mail at 4-14 days. International (AK, HI) shipping may be 4-6 weeks. We usually use Int. Priority which is 6-10 days depending on the size/ weight of the item. Italy must expect 4-6 weeks due to restrictions. All international orders should expect additional customs costs. Please verify your shipping address is correct before purchase. Returns: 7 money back return which does not include any shipping costs. Item must be returned in a new protective padded envelope or box. Return shipping must have a method of tracking. We reserve the right to offer a replacement item rather than money back.
