SHIPPING: Shipping within the United States via U.S. mail book rate (3-21 day delivery time) is $3.75 for 1st book, $1.50 each additional volume. If you want the book shipped via priority mail (2-3 day delivery time) or express mail (1 day delivery time), please inquire as to cost.



Large volumes, sets and shipping outside the United States is subject to quote. We ship world-wide in well-packed containers. All books are shipped within 1-2 business days.
