We try our best to communicate the condition of the item. If you have any questions, please check before bidding or purchase. Refunds will only be issued due to a gross error on our part (i.e., listing the wrong edition, wrong book, etc) and will be issued after return of the item (including your return postage if appropriate). 2. Choose your shipping method at check out (if applicable). Most items have a choice between media mail (books) and priority mail. 3. We work to ship out ALL orders within 48 hours after payment (not including weekend/holidays); however, we are not responsible for the post office. Media mail can take up to 1 - 4 weeks, please consider this when choosing your shipping method. Priority mail usually takes only 2-3 days. 4. The shipping and handling that is listed in the auction price includes not only postage; we must pay for packaging, time to package, ship, and transportation to the post office. Your shipping charges do not just include the actual postage. Larger books cost more to ship, especially those that do not fit into the flat rate envelope. 5. IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE TO BUY THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE AND THE POST OFFICE LOSES YOUR ITEM(S) WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND. We will provide you with a copy of the receipt showing that we shipped the item, but we DO NOT refund for losses by the post office. This is very rare, but it does happen once in a while.
