Store Policies All books and items are subject to prior sale. All volumes are first American or English editions unless otherwise stated. Michigan residents will be charged 6% state sales tax on the total cost of the items and shipping. Payment Methods Accepted We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks, all payable in U.S. funds. Orders using a personal check will be shipped after check clears. If you prefer not to order online, you may call us Tuesday - Saturday between 12 PM - 5 PM EST to place your order. Established customers will be invoiced on request. Refunds It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the condition of your order. There is no substitute for holding a book in your hands and examining it. Images of any book (copyright page, covers, etc) are available upon request. Please be assured that any book or item not matching the listed description or meeting your expectations in any way may be returned (in same condition and similar packaging as received) for full refund (including shipping costs) within 7 days of receipt. Please state reason for returning the item and we will process it promptly. Shipping Orders ship within 2 business days. Priority shipping (3-4 days) is $10.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. Media Mail (6-10 days) is $3.75 for the first item $2.50 for each additional book. Insurance is available. Contact us by phone or email for fees. We also ship UPS ground (2-4 days) and require a street address for this method. UPS shipping is $11.00 for the first item, $3.50 for each additional item covering shipping and insurance up to $100 of value. Add $1.50 for insurance per each additional $100 of value. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. If you require faster service contact us for shipping cost. Please contact us by phone or email for questions on international shipping fees. We ship all domestic orders with delivery confirmation where available. Your order confirmation email will include your tracking number so you can track your order once it has been shipped out. Timeliness In the event that an item does not arrive within the time frame for a given shipping method, please contact us right away so that we may track the item and get back to you. Rarely, items are lost in the mail, in that unlikely event, whether it is finding the item elsewhere and shipping it, or issuing a full refund, we again will strive to meet or exceed your service expectations.
