(Full refund then). INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that as of 5/14/07 our Post Office has eliminated SURFACE SHIPPING and its lower rates. *ALL* International orders are sent by Air now. But there are two choices. For us the first choice for Standard (or Surface) means that IF AND ONLY IF the book can fit in a Flat rate 9 by 11 inch envelope it can qualify for the lower rate. This generally means books that are Octavo(9.75 inches) and smaller and less than 600 pages. Larger, thicker books should be ordered via the \'Priority\' option. For heavy, large, or very light books (for which both these rates will be excessive) it is important to contact us *before* ordering as adjustments are difficult to make after the order is processed.
