The quotation is provisional. Unless otherwise stated, the books are in a good condition appropriate to their age. Minor faults are not always listed, but are considered in the price. We guarantee returns if a justified complaint is received within 14 days. Prices are quoted in euros. Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The invoice is payable immediately on receipt of the goods and is net in cash without deductions. Retention of property until complete payment. Place of jurisdiction and fulfilment is Vienna. We will deliver to unknown purchasers against payment in advance or cash on delivery. Goods are delivered strictly in the sequence orders are received. Foreign shipments are sent insured by default, i.e. using our courier service or by recorded post, depending on the country. Non-recorded consignments are sent at the purchaser's risk, i.e. on explicit request (in writing). All consignments are taken back if a justified complaint is received, but only within 14 days and by prior arrangement. For non-justified returns (e.g. not liked, incorrect order, etc.), the customer is responsible for the transport costs and any additional costs incurred. By placing an order, the customer is acknowledging the delivery terms.



For deliveries to colleges within the EU, we ask that you quote your sales tax identification number when placing orders. If this is not the case and an invoice without value-added tax is required, we reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee of € 3.50.
