All books dispatched protected in bubble wrap and placed in cardboard book box for hardbacks and mail-lite padded envelopes for paperbacks. No quibble returns policy if the book does not match the description given. Books returned due to simple change of mind also accepted. All books that are returned are normally only accepted 30 days after maximum expected delivery time, providing in same condition as dispatched. For simple change of mind, buyer pays return postage. In most other cases we will cover return postage if we agree the item is not as described or is damaged in transit to you.
