We usually send books the working day following your order (and sometimes the same day). However, if you pay by cheque or international money order (both in GBP), we will ship the book(s) upon receipt of the cheque/money order and reserve the book for you until such time. We prefer to send via Airmail as we feel that surface mail is too slow. We have tried to price our airmail cost competitively. We are of course happy to send by surface at your request. We work hard on having packing material which survive the abuse of the postal services at home and abroad. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the book within seven days of receipt. A full refund of the purchase price will be given. Please advise us by e-mail or telephone prior to returning the book and please pack the book to the same standard as sent.
