I've noticed that this book has alternative bindings in the 1st edition: both are 278 pages but one has a blue full-cloth binding with yellow stamping and white endpapers. The other has a lighter blue cloth spine (also with yellow stamping) with yellow boards and lavender endpapers. Go figure; I wonder which one is the 1st state?
