Cardboard slipcase is also bumped and has a few dings. Series of aerial photographs taken of Nepalese Himalayan mountains. Taken over the course of three airplane trips by veteran mountaineer and photographer Keiichi Yamada of the Japanese Alpine Society. 35 large dual page B&W photographs and one fold out color photograph. Fold out map of regions pictured. Photo comments are in Japanese. Dj. covered in protective mylar.

Black illustrated slipcase has general wear to extremities and is repaired with tape in four places. Five pages of photo comments in English, otherwise the text is in Japanese. 8 out of the 186 photographs are in color, the rest are in B&W. This photo book documents the Japanese mountaineering expeditions to Manaslu, the eighth highest mountain in the world (8,156m). More photos of the book can be emailed if requested.
