This copy is very good, clean and fresh with white page edges and sharp lines. Little wear clean internal pages. Sounds like I am describing a good coffee and like a good coffee, this book has one small stain on the back cover along the fore-edge side towards the top corner. Only small about 1 inch by half an inch and if you don't look closely, seems a part of the cover. Doesn't detract from the very good condition of this copy. This book covers almost everything about coffee. From it's history to it's brewing and preparing and it gives valuable information and hints for any prospective barista. A good professional barista is always sought after and this book will give you the insights and information to enter this exciting profession.. First Edition. Trade Paperback. This is an unusual little cookbook, which gives a wealth of advice and information about surviving from the Australian outback. From cooking goanna to making coffee from the Kurrajong tree seed pods, and eating it with a native Munja bread cake, it's just about all covered here. But there's more, it contains some great tales, yarns and anecdotes, including very useful to remember bush remedies all obtained from the Australian aboriginal culture and collected wisdom by Bill Harney who spent many years among the aboriginals.
