Book in very good condition, half-title page, xvii and page one have some foxing on them, and a few other pages have the odd spot of foxing. Repaired tear ( 1" long x ½"high) on back cover (see picture), slightly rubbed at spine sides and ends. Front free endpaper has piece cut out by top front edge (2"long x ½" high). A very good tight copy. Catalogue pages at back of book has narrow water-stain mark at top edge. Previous owner's name at top of half-title page. A very good tight copy. xxvi, 44pp, plus 179pp (not numbered) showing the different types of lettering, in total 219 different types of lettering are illustrated. From 'Preface' - 'The book concerns itself only with the letters of the Alphabet and the corresponding Numerals.
