It seems to have been done by some kind of spray because the letters have black spatters but are very legible. There are no spine creases but the back cover is scuffed.. France: J'ai Lu, 1984. This book is in very nice but used condition. There are no spine creases and no marks, highlighting, or writing in the book. The cover is a bit scuffed and there is a piece of clear tape on the back cover. The edges are showing dust and the corners are slightly worn. This being said - I read this book in english and would suggest it to anyone who has sympathy for truly disturbed children. Ms Hayden deserves a medal for her work with these children. Although she lists these books as fiction it is obvious that they are strongly based on her life experiences. A really great read!
