Paris: Tallandier, 1944. This is a french-language copy. It is from a small printrun done in Montreal, Canada. Book #227. There are 232 pages plus 6 additional pages. The book was stitched and is good and solid. The pages are starting to yellow a bit with age. The covers are chipped a bit on the edges, show soil and have small tears starting, the longest being about half inch on the front cover. There is a small stamp on the front bottom corner that says "service de Press / Les Editions Variete. The top corners of front and back are missin a small piece. There WAS a penciled price that was erased (it still shows) and there is a name on the front flyleaf in pencil with the date "58. There is a half inch tear on the spine edge of the front cover.
