London: Spring Books, 1966. This is just a magnificent book with colour plates and over 400 other illustrations as well as bits of music and exerpts from diary entries and letters. The spine is lightly bumped and there is dust discoloration on the edges as well as a small coffee spot on the bottom edge. The jacket shows wear on the edges and there is a rip about a half an inch long above the "H" in The. The back cover of the jacket is squished a bit at the spine.
