After war with Britain began and promoted cheap lands in Ontario (once the war was over). This work was initially published in Hartford in 1813, with a number of other immediate editions in N. Y. , Trenton, and Philadelphia. This Baltimore edition apparently was the first to include an account of hostilities in an expanded 60 page section.
