All have lightly & evenly tanned page edges & pages. Vol. 1 Early Poetry (1903) is Chaucer to Donne. Light pencil number on top of title page. Pages were not opened properly so there are some small tears & chips to the leading edges. Small amount of dampness wrinkling to gutter on front & back. Pencil doodle on the back cover. 566 pp. Vol 2 The Seventeenth Century (1902) is Ben Jonson to Dryden. Small amount of chipping to leading edge of Contents pages. Same penciled doodle on back cover as Vol. 1. 496 pp. Vol 3 The Eighteenth Century (1906) is Addison to Blake.
