The latter 2 volumes show dampstaining to lower portions of both covers and spine panel, resulting in dye runs (lightening of cloth) but not extending to interior or affecting text block in any way. This set was evidently used as a classroom text, probably during the former owner's tenure as a student at Brooklyn Polytechnic: tipped on to the front flyleaf of each volume is a typed assignment sheet, and all volumes show a few very scattered underlining or marginal check-marks in pencil. Overall, somewhat compromised cosmetically with blemishes, but still more than acceptable as a reference set, exteriors G to VG-, interiors solid VG or better.. Cloth.
